Your ratings, where you set your lineup

You selected the wrong folder — usually the unzip created a folder inside a folder. Open the folder you picked: if there's just another folder inside, click Load unpacked again and choose that inner one. The right folder has manifest.json directly inside it.

The folder you loaded it from was probably moved or deleted. Your browser reads the extension from that folder on every launch — restore it (or re-download, unzip, and Load unpacked again), then click the refresh arrow on the extension's card.

First click the toolbar icon: if it says to sign in, log in at fantasyomatic.com in the same browser and reload the fantasy page. Then confirm the site's toggle is on in the popup. Badges only appear on player rows where the page shows a position (QB/RB/WR/TE/K/D-ST). Still nothing? The popup shows how many player rows it recognized on the current page — click Copy debug report and paste it to support@fantasyomatic.com. The report is what lets us fix that site's layout, usually within a release.

Projected-points columns (PROJ, FPTS, PTS) take our projected points, and opponent-rank columns (OVP, OPP RANK) take our rank turned to the site's direction. On a head-to-head preview each starter's headline number becomes our projection and the banner totals become the sum of those starters. Replaced values wear the site's own font and size — only the color carries the rating band — and the column header picks up a small FOM mark so you always know whose number you are reading. Hovering any replaced cell shows the site's original value. This is on out of the box; the popup's "Replace site projections" toggle turns it off, and every original value returns instantly, no reload.

Because we would be guessing. A bye week, an injury that keeps a player off the field — out, IR, or a return date not yet set — or a rating still calibrating in the season's first weeks all mean we hold the number back rather than invent one, and the cell shows a dash with the reason on hover. A questionable or doubtful player is a different case: he is expected to play, so he keeps his number, discounted for the designation, and the badge carries the Q or D. On a head-to-head preview it goes further: if even one starter cannot be projected, the banner total is left to the site, because a sum missing half a lineup while presenting itself as the total is worse than no sum at all.

No. FPTS and PTS head both a projections view and a scored-points view, so those labels are only taken where the page proves it is showing forecasts. A played game is a fact, not something for us to repaint.

Our projected points are in CBS non-PPR scoring, so on a page that identifies itself as PPR the extension shows the Rating100 instead of a points figure that would be wrong by a couple of catches. The rating is scoring-independent; it answers who is more valuable to have, while the points answer who to start in a slot.

The Web Store listing is under review. Until it's live, the download above installs the identical build via Load unpacked — and Edge, Brave, Opera, and Arc accept the same folder.

Any page on the five supported platforms that lists players with positions: rosters, waiver wire, matchups, and most draft screens. New layouts the platforms ship can temporarily hide badges until we update the extension.

It's the opponent's rank against that player's position this week, 1 to 32 — the same number the FantasyOMatic dashboard shows. #4 easiest means only three defenses are softer for that position; #3 hardest means only two are tougher. Green marks the eight easiest, red the eight hardest. It's opponent-only: the player's week rating already folds this in along with injury, role, and venue, so read the pill as the why, not a second score.

That's the FantasyOMatic ticker: the top-rated players on the page you're viewing, then the league-wide top 5 at each position, refreshed every 15 minutes. Click any name for the full player story on fantasyomatic.com. Collapse it to a small FOM pill with the ⌄ button (it remembers per site), hide it for the session with ✕, or turn it off entirely in the popup.

The extension refreshes its ratings index from FantasyOMatic every 15 minutes, and the popup shows the age of the copy it's using. Ratings themselves update when our pipeline runs.

Installed from the zip, the extension does not update itself. The download button always shows the current version (v1.1.17) — compare it with the version on your extension's card at chrome://extensions, and the extension's popup will also tell you when a newer version is available. To update and keep your settings: download the new zip (its name carries the version), unzip it, move the new files into the folder Chrome already loads from (replacing everything there), then click the ↻ refresh arrow on the extension's card — Chrome keeps the extension's identity and your toggles because the folder path didn't change. Prefer a clean install instead? Load unpacked the new folder and Remove the old card; that resets your site toggles and ticker preference, so set them again. Once the Chrome Web Store listing is live, store installs will update automatically and this step goes away.

Go to chrome://extensions and click Remove on the FantasyOMatic Ratings card — that deletes the extension and everything it stored (cached ratings, your toggles). Then delete the unzipped folder from your computer. Nothing else is left behind, and your fantasyomatic.com account is untouched.
